|Job Requirement||Job Description:
- The candidate would be responsible for undertaking training on Customer
- service, Escalations handling, Resolve complaints, Helpdesk, calender
- management and Admin processes and assurance of qualitative execution.
- Inbound and outbound customer servicing. Quality control and
- improvement are the major milestones to be attained by the candidate.
- The candidate needs to reach out to customers to fix up the appointments
- and meetings as per the client's requirement. Not to be considered as an
- outbound sales process.
- The Candidates may have to deal with multiple processes at one time as
- their would be a lot of avail between the process calls.
- Skills :
- Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Candidate should have 0-4 year of experience.
- Should be open to work in Night shifts.
- Responsible for dealing with International Clients. Ability to handle
- multiple clients. Neutralized Accent.
- Should have good knowledge of MS office.
